At Watkins Dental & Orthodontics, we welcome your feedback - whether it’s a compliment, suggestion, or concern. Your input helps us improve our services and patient care.

You can provide feedback in the following ways:

  • Online: Use the “Contact Us” form on our website to leave your comments.
  • In person: Complete a feedback form available at our reception area.

Or lodge a complaint: 

  • HCCC (Health Care Complaints Commission): through the online portal

    All feedback is treated with confidentiality and taken seriously.

    Our practice manager will review your feedback and, where a response is requested, get back to you within 10 working days.
